Childcare for Irvine Families

Low child-teacher ratios for more personal attention

Experienced, certified early childhood teachers

Whole Child development - social, emotional and academic growth

Most childcare centers are overcrowded, understaffed, and underdelivering.

THE REAL PROBLEM

  • Too many kids per teacher and your child gets lost in the shuffle
  • High staff turnover means your child is constantly adjusting to someone new
  • A revolving door of strangers instead of caregivers who actually know your child.
  • You leave feeling uneasy and spend the day wondering if they're really ok

"I just need to know someone there actually knows my kid's name — and her story."

— What we hear from every family who tours Kaida

You leave knowing your child is in great hands.

WHAT CHANGES AT KAIDA

Low ratios. Certified teachers who stay. A warm, structured environment built around your child - not just a room full of kids. This is what it feels like when you finally find the right place.

Safe & secure every day

Controlled access, caring staff, and low ratios - your child isn't just watched, they're known and genuinely cared for.

A place they actually love going

Consistent caregivers, warm routines, and real relationships. Your child feels at home here and you'll feel it too.

Safe & secure every day

Open 7am-6pm, Monday through Friday, serving Irvine, Lake Forest, Laguna Woods, Laguna Niguel and Aliso Viejo.

We meet your child where they are right now.

EVERY AGE. EVERY STAGE.

A 6-week-old needs something completely different from a 3-year-old. Our programs are built around each stage of development — not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Bonding & security first.

Curious minds, patient hands.

Your baby needs consistent faces, gentle routines, and caregivers who respond — not a rotating cast of strangers. Our infant program is built around attachment, calm, and one-on-one connection. Small groups. Low ratios. That's it.

Infants • 6 weeks - 12 months

Toddlers • 12 - 24 months

Toddlers are exploring everything and testing every limit. They need caregivers who are energetic, patient, and genuinely love this stage. We do. Sensory play, simple language building, and a safe space to be exactly who they are right now.

Preschool • 2 - 3 years

Big feelings. Big growth

Two-year-olds are learning how to manage emotions, play with others, and make sense of the world. We build structure and warmth in equal parts — so kids this age can thrive instead of just survive the day.

At this stage, kids are ready for more — more structure, more social interaction, more curiosity-driven learning. Our Whole Child curriculum builds language, problem-solving, and the social skills that matter most going into kindergarten.

Learning through doing.

WHAT FAMILIES SAY

Matthew Shahsavari

I walked into this place and immediately had a great impression of the staff. It's a wonderful environment for kids, with excellent facilities to both entertain and educate. The space felt very safe and well-organized. I had the pleasure of speaking with the coordinator and the manager—both were professional, polite, and welcoming. The pricing is also very reasonable compared to other locations I’ve explored in the area. I’m fully confident they will provide the best care for my little one, and I truly feel this is the right place

My child had an amazing summer at Kaida Childcare! This is by far the best daycare center in the area. Everything about it is excellent—no hidden fees, healthy meals, a clean indoor play area, and plenty of outdoor activities. The teachers are extremely professional and patient. Samantha, the director, is outstanding—she responds quickly and always keeps us informed about our child's progress, which is very reassuring. We feel completely confident leaving our child here. Highly recommend!

Kaida Childcare is truly a 10/10! As a first-time mom, I was incredibly nervous about putting my 11-month-old in daycare—but Kaida has made the transition so easy and comforting. The staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares for the children. The center is always clean and organized, which gave me peace of mind from day one. One of my favorite features is their app, which keeps me updated throughout the day with photos, eating and sleeping reports, and daily notes. It’s such a relief to feel connected even while I’m at work! Samantha, the director, is incredibly kind and communicates openly and consistently. My son’s infant teacher, Miss Valeria, is so sweet and attentive—she truly treats the babies with love and care. The price is very reasonable, and they even offer part-time options for infants, which is so rare to find. I’m so grateful we found Kaida, and I absolutely recommend it to any parent looking for a safe, loving, and well-run daycare.

Kaida Childcare has been a wonderful place for our 6 month old! It can be really overwhelming to look for a daycare for your precious little ones, but after touring the lovely facility and getting to know the staff who are so kind, sweet and supportive. We knew this was the perfect place for our baby. There are so many benefits! They offer a variety of affordable pricing/ scheduling options from part time to full time and their hours from 7am - 6 pm are great for working parents! The app they use is also amazing and easy to use, from making payments, messaging staff (who are very quick to respond) and getting all the updates and photos and videos about our baby so we don’t miss a thing.I can’t sing enough praises about how happy we are with Kaida and how they dedicate themselves to taking care of and enriching our babies day. 10/10 would recommend to any family with young children/ babies!

Good questions. Straight answers.

QUESTIONS FAMILIES ASK

My baby is only a few months old.  Is center-based care too much too soon?
Not when it's done right. Our infant program is built around bonding and security first — small groups, consistent caregivers, and calm routines so your baby gets the attachment and stimulation they need. Many families find it's actually more reliable than a nanny, because there's no single point of failure if someone calls out sick.
How do I know my child won't just be another face in the crowd?
Low ratios are the answer. When teachers aren't managing a room of 15 kids, they have the time and bandwidth to actually know each child — their temperament, their routines, what makes them tick. You'll see that firsthand on your tour.
What if my child has specific needs or a strong personality?
That's exactly the kind of child our program is built for. Every kid has a strong personality at this age — that's developmentally normal. Our teachers are trained and experienced with this stage, and because of our ratios, they actually have the capacity to meet each child where they are.
Is Kaida worth the cost compared to other centers or a nanny?
That's a fair question and worth a real conversation. What most families find is that once they see the environment, the staff, and what a typical day actually looks like — the comparison to a bare-minimum center becomes obvious. Come tour and decide for yourself. No pressure.
What are your hours and which areas do you serve?
We're open Monday through Friday, 7am–6pm, and serve families in Irvine, Lake Forest, Laguna Woods, Laguna Niguel, and Aliso Viejo. Submit the form and we'll reach out to confirm and check availability for your child's age group.
