Your baby needs consistent faces, gentle routines, and caregivers who respond — not a rotating cast of strangers. Our infant program is built around attachment, calm, and one-on-one connection. Small groups. Low ratios. That's it.

Infants • 6 weeks - 12 months

Toddlers • 12 - 24 months

Toddlers are exploring everything and testing every limit. They need caregivers who are energetic, patient, and genuinely love this stage. We do. Sensory play, simple language building, and a safe space to be exactly who they are right now.

Preschool • 2 - 3 years

Big feelings. Big growth

Two-year-olds are learning how to manage emotions, play with others, and make sense of the world. We build structure and warmth in equal parts — so kids this age can thrive instead of just survive the day.

At this stage, kids are ready for more — more structure, more social interaction, more curiosity-driven learning. Our Whole Child curriculum builds language, problem-solving, and the social skills that matter most going into kindergarten.

QUESTIONS FAMILIES ASK

My baby is only a few months old.  Is center-based care too much too soon?
Not when it's done right. Our infant program is built around bonding and security first — small groups, consistent caregivers, and calm routines so your baby gets the attachment and stimulation they need. Many families find it's actually more reliable than a nanny, because there's no single point of failure if someone calls out sick.
How do I know my child won't just be another face in the crowd?
Low ratios are the answer. When teachers aren't managing a room of 15 kids, they have the time and bandwidth to actually know each child — their temperament, their routines, what makes them tick. You'll see that firsthand on your tour.
What if my child has specific needs or a strong personality?
That's exactly the kind of child our program is built for. Every kid has a strong personality at this age — that's developmentally normal. Our teachers are trained and experienced with this stage, and because of our ratios, they actually have the capacity to meet each child where they are.
Is Kaida worth the cost compared to other centers or a nanny?
That's a fair question and worth a real conversation. What most families find is that once they see the environment, the staff, and what a typical day actually looks like — the comparison to a bare-minimum center becomes obvious. Come tour and decide for yourself. No pressure.
What are your hours and which areas do you serve?
